This project included the complete renovation of that building with the construction of adjacent shops buildings.
The Project’s budget was over $10,000,000 and consisted of the construction of a three story building in the court yard of the existing circa 1919 building wit the
full renovation of the older building.

The project was developed in several phases and covered more than six years.
